Went to ESCAPE theme park on 29/03. Reached there about 5 plus. It was not crowded. Think the fad phased out among Singaporeans. This was my 4th time there. Went there cos I prefer to try out something different on each date. I do not really like the usual couple hobbies: movie watching or shopping on each weekend. Actually, wanna go Zoo and Science Centre too. : )
Anyway, our first ride was the 'superman' ride. That gave me giddiness immediately. My eyes were tightly shut throughout the ride! I could not stand the turnings. Oh man! After that, was feeling unwell already, but yet I continued to the inverter, family coaster and ferris wheel.
Alpha 8 was removed due to a previously reported accident. There was this new "Haunted". I thought it was another roller-coaster in darkness. But when we entered, realised it was a dark maze. Gee. The staff guided us through for the first part. Then she left. We were then left on our own. I was screaming all the way whenever something moved. Lol. There was this scary white figure with long hair, hanging in front of us. I dared not move cos afraid that it would turn around when we walked past. BY even suggested turning back. But I bravely initiated to move on. We ran across for the rest of the maze. My screams could be heard loud and clear. Lol. I did not expect it to turn out so frightening. It was quite well designed and constructed. Cool!
Next, we tried the rainbow ride. Another dizzy ride. Gee. Again, I had to shut my eyes. But could still feel the dizziness in my head. Enough of fast rides. Hence, went to queue up for gold kart. Waited about half an hour. But worth the wait. After that, went for the viking ship. Took the last row. Oh god. I was screaming throughout the ride. Eyes shut tightly. Arms clung on tightly to his. I could feel myself almost flying out whenever the ship swung forward. I had a bad nausea feeling immediately after the ride. Amazingly, I still went on the family coaster. Haha. That was my last one, I told myself. I almost wanna throw up when the coaster stopped. Phew! Unfortunately, the wet and wild was closed for maintenance. That was my favourite ride. : (
Went to Orange Julius to have some bites. Cheezy sausage buns. After eating, I felt better. After which, walked over to the food court and ate again. Sliced fish e-mee for me and Cha Kway Tiao for him. Lol. I was craving for cold desserts but ended up having hot Cheng Teng. Gee. Blame it on my bad cough. Anyway, it was a fun day! : )
