Went to explore Terminal 3 (T3) the day before (8/03/08). It was incredibly spacious but not crowded. Actually we wanted to eat Genki Sushi, but was disappointed to see the layout. It sells only quick bites. No proper meals nor seats. Our second choice was Popeye Chicken & Biscuits but it was crowded and the queue seemed stagnant. Hence, we went to Sakae Teppanyaki (our last resort). IĀ ordered the Bento set and green tea latte with ice cream while BY had carbonara and mocha chips vanilla ice cream.
After dinner, we walked around. Took the skytrain to Terminal 2. There were more food choices. Sakae Sushi, Fish & Co.! We could have eaten either one! Changi Airport is so boring. Thought the new mall in T3 will be like Vivo with many shops. Oh well...
Anw, I took one photo at T3. Look at it, what does it remind you of? Lol..
